| With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 21, 2014 whereby the Company had informed that the Company, subject to customary closing conditions and third party consents, intends to acquire 26% equity stake in VTPL immediately and increase it to 50% in due course.<br/><br/>With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 08, 2014 intimated that the Company has on April 07, 2014 acquired 26% equity stake in Vallabh Tinplate Private Limited.<br/><br/>JSW Steel Ltd has now informed BSE that Company has on April 15, 2014 acquired further equity stake in Vallabh Tinplate Private Limited, raising its stake to 50%. | |
