Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2015, <BR>has recommended a dividend of Rs.3/- (Rupees Three) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2015. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid / despatched on or before September 30,2015.
