Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on February 07, 2017, has approved acquisition of 18,66,20,000 12% Optionally Convertible Non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10 each of Jubilant Biosys Limited at par aggregating to Rs. 186.62 crore, subject to applicable laws.
