With reference to the news items appearing on the News Channel (ET Now on July 18, 2014) titled "General Atlantic in talks to buy 2-5 % stake in Just Dial and Info Edge" Just Dial Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"Just Dial Limited is currently not in discussion with any investor for issuance of its shares. Accordingly no intimation was required to be made in this respect in terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.<br/><br/>The News Article is market speculation and we are not in a position to comment on the same".
