Took note of disclosure of interest of the Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Considered and approved revised Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.<BR><BR>3. Considered and approved revised Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Employees and other Connected Persons under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>4. Considered and approved the Code of Conduct for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>5. Took note of the Register of Contracts of the Company.
