Just Dial Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2015 inter alia, to consider the following business as under:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>2. To consider allotment of equity shares of the Company to certain of the employees of the Company, pursuant to the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010 upon exercise of vested options by such employees.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 13, 2015 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of the quarterly financial results to the company to the public.
