JVL Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>1. The Board has appointed Mr. Brajesh Kumar Misra, Chartered Accountant as (Additional) Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect from May 02, 2016 in place of Outgoing Independent Director, Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Goenka.<BR><BR>2. The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Deepak Kumar Chopra, Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect from May 02, 2016 and at his place Mr. S.N. Jhunjhunwala, Managing Director has been designated as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
