JVL Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that due to some technical bug the Company was forced to close its earlier website, i.e. www.jvlagro.com and is in process of getting a new website prepared which is most likely expected to<BR>be live by end of next week, i.e. May 21, 2016.<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Company has, in line with its commitment to maintain transparency and timely dissemination of information to all its stakeholders, created a temporary website http://www.jvlagroindustries.yolasite.com/. The relevant reportings to the stock exchanges since quarter ending March 2015 to till date has been uploaded on the above mentioned link under Investor<BR>Relations tab.
