Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2014, has transacted the following;<br/><br/>1. Appointed Mr. Ashok Goyal as an Additional Director and subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting, designated him as a Joint Managing Director, with immediate effect.<br/><br/>2. Approved issue of equity shares / warrants upto Rs. 40 crores to promoters of the Company, within overall limits of Rs. 120 crores.
