| Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2014 to September 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company is pleased to provide its members, the facility to exercise their right to vote at the AGM by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by CDSL, on all resolutions set forth in the Notice. The voting rights of the members shall be in proportion to their shares of the paid-up share capital of the Company as on August 14, 2014.<br/><br/>The e-voting period commences on September 16, 2014 at 9.00 a.m. IST and ends on September 18, 2014at 6 p.m. IST. The e-voting module shall be disabled for voting thereafter Once a vote is cast by the members, he shall not be allowed to change it subsequently. | |
