Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated November 10, 2014 has allotted 27,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.<br/><br/>Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 27,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 21,14,07,380 divided into 10,57,03,690 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
