| Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that a Committee of the Board of Directors by Resolution dated September 29, 2014, has allotted 2,33,87,018 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers pursuant to the provisions of Chapter VIII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.<br/><br/>Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 2,33,87,018 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 21,13,51,880 divided into 10,56,75,940 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each. | |
