| Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that a Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on November 12, 2014 has allotted 38,05,120 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2 each at an issue price of Rs. 52 per equity share to Surya India Fingrowth Private Limited, a promoter group Company.<br/><br/>Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 38,05,120 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 21,90,17,620 divided into 10,95,08,810 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each. | |
