K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 13, 2015, could not approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Period ended on March 31, 2014 due to some more clarifications sought by the Directors on the Audited Accounts.<BR><BR>In the View of the above the Board meeting stands adjourned.
