K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited financial results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Regulation 3.2 of the Schedule I (Part A - Model code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading for listed companies) to the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window of the shares of the Company shall remain closed between August 07, 2014 to August 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
