With reference the news item appearing in the leading website Portal on September 15, 2014 regarding "lender seek to fast-track asset sale of K S Oils", K S Oils Ltd has Clarified to BSE that the Company is not involved in negotiation with any of the bidder as the process of selling of the assets of the Company is being handled by the lenders.<br/><br/>Further the Company has been informing the Stock Exchange from time to time the developments with regard to the sale of Assets i.e. Shareholders Notice, Approvals thereof and Demand notices under SARFASI.
