Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. P Veeraiah, Joint Managing Director has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director effective from February 03, 2016 for remaining period of his tenure at the same remuneration that was being drawn by him in the capacity of Joint Managing Director.<BR><BR>The appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders which will be obtained at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>This appointment is made consequent to the demise of Shri P Venkateswarlu, Chairman and Managing Director.
