| Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. B Kameswara Prasad has been appointed as General Manager and Company Secretary effective from July 27, 2015.<BR><BR>The said appointment has been approved by the Board at its meeting held on August 12, 2015.<BR><BR>Shri. B Kameswara Prasad shall also act as 'Compliance Officer' of the Company and shall be responsible for compliance of provisions of Companies Act, 2013, Listing requirements and all other statutory obligations that are applicable to the Company.<BR><BR>Shri. B Kameswara Prasad was appointed in place of Shri R Ramakrishna, Company Secretary who was relieved on May 31, 2015. | |
