| Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend by the Board.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of insider Trading Regulations, 2015), the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed from May 13, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive), interalia, for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend. The trading window will re-open from May 30, 2016. | |
