We inform you that the Company proposes to hold the Board Meeting on Friday the 26th May, 2017 at 11.00 A.M to consider, interalia, the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 and recommendation of dividend by the Board. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015), the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed from Saturday the 13th May, 2017 to Monday the 29th May, 2017 (Both days inclusive), interalia, for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 and recommendation of dividend. The trading window will re-open from Tuesday 30th May, 2017. The outcome of the Board Meeting will be informed to you immediately upon conclusion of the Board Meeting.
