| With reference to the earlier letter dated May 12, 2015, Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 19, 2015, for considering and, if thought fit, to approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 including that of for three months period ended March 31, 2015, besides other matters, has been deferred to May 21, 2015 due to some unforeseen technical reasons. | |
