We are informing you that as per 'KALLAM SPINNING MILLS LIMITED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PREVENTION OF INSIDER TRADING', the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from 25th May, 2017 to 29th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2017 and recommendation of Dividend, if any, and to consider a proposal for declaring/recommending issue of Bonus Shares.
