| Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Approval of Audited Annual Financial Results on Standalone basis for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Approval of Audited Annual Financial Results on Consolidated basis for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>4. Recommendation of Divided, if any, on Equity share of the Company. <BR><BR>Further, the Company confirm that as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from May 14, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. June 01, 2015 and will open w.e.f. June 02, 2015. | |
