Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2016, which commenced at 4.30 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 5:45 p.m. (IST), has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 (75%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company.<BR><BR>The Interim Dividend is expected to be paid / dispatched to the shareholders around March 23, 2016.
