Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, to consider inter-alia Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further due to Board meeting as mentioned above, as per the Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the tradin window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 30, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
