Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that as per the requirement of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 issued on January 15, 2015 and subsequent circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company is required to formulate following codes before May 15, 2015:<BR><BR>1. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information under Regulation 8.<BR><BR>2. Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders under Regulation 9.<BR><BR>In this connection, the Company confirms that the Board of Directors of the Company on May 14, 2015 has adopted the abovementioned Codes. The same will be applicable with effect from May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has already published the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information on its website.
