Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from the opening of business hours on July 29, 2015 to August 06, 2015 and the same has been communicated to the Directors and Management of the Company.
