Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 (1) (a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a Meeting of a Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 23rd May 2017 at 12.00 Noon at Shangrila Gardens, 1st Floor, C' Wing, Opp. Bund Garden, Pune 411 001 to transact the following business; To take on record the audited financial results for fourth quarter ended & year ended on 31st March 2017. Recommendation of Dividend if any Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from May 15, 2017 to May 25, 2017 in view of the consideration of the audited financial results for the quarter ended & year ended on 31st March 2017.
