Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of a Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2017, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>- Approval of unaudited (provisional) financial results for third quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>- To take on record limited review report by the Auditors for the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 24, 2017 to February 02, 2017 in view of the consideration of the Un audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
