To consider resignation of Mr. D. S. Gupta & Mr. S. Ravindran an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. March 10, 2016 & March 14, 2016 respectively.<BR><BR>2. To consider appointment of Mr. Vishwas Chitrao as the Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. April 16, 2016.
