Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of a Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2017, to transact the following:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the audited financial results for fourth quarter ended & year ended on March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of Dividend if any.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Directors officers and designated employees of the Company from May 15, 2017 to May 25, 2017 in view of the consideration of the audited financial results for the quarter ended & year ended on March 31, 2017.
