Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the audited financial results for fourth quarter ended & year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of dividend; if any.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2016 to May 28, 2016 in view of the consideration of the audited financial results for the quarter ended & year ended on March 31, 2016. The trading window shall open for trading from May 29, 2016.
