Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have appointed Mr.Sachin K. Mandlik as an Additional Independent Director, with effect from 9th November, 2017, for a tenure of 5 years from the date of appointment, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
