Kalyani Steels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, <br/>inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for Financial Year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors and designated personnel from May 26, 2014 to May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
