Kalyani Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 30, 2014 to September 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 05, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the payment of Dividend will be made on and from September 15, 2014, after declaration of the dividend, at the Annual General Meeting.
