Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Companys securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from February 06, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
