Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for trading in Companys securities by all the Directors and Designated Employees (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from October 29, 2014 to November 10, 2014 (both days inclusive).
