Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 14, 2017, stands adjourned for the want of quorum due to non-availability of majority of requisite board members at/ within the stipulated time.<BR><BR>Further, the adjourned board meeting is scheduled to be held on February 21, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. at 4th Floor, Conference room, KHIL House, 70-C, Nehru Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai- 400099 to inter alia consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in this connection, as per the Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for Designated Persons shall remain closed till trading hours on February 23, 2017.
