Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2014, has decided to delist the equity shares of the Company from MCX Stock Exchange Limited.<br/><br/>The equity shares of the Company would continue to remain listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
