Kanani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016.
