Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the standalone and consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 07, 2017 till February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
