Karma Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. the adoption of Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and half year ended December 31, 2016 and<BR><BR>2. The Limited Review Report of the Auditors in respect of the quarter and half year ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection as per the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from January 30, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
