Karma Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. the adoption of Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 and<br/><br/>2. The Limited Review Report of the Auditors in respect of the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection as per the Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from November 01, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
