Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Bank is scheduled to meet on August 01, 2014, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Code 3.2 (c) of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Banks shares shall remain closed from July 28, 2014 till August 02, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. The Trading Window shall open for trading on August 03, 2014.
