Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommend a final Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2015-16. Taking into account the interim dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share already paid in March 2016, the total dividend comes to Rs. 14/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2015-16.
