With reference to the earlier letter dated November 23, 2015 vide which the Company had informed that Shri B. Swaminathan was appointed as the Part - Time (Non - Executive) Chairman of the Bank subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India.<BR><BR>Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Reserve Bank of India has since conveyed its approval for the appointment of part time chairman for a period of three years.
