Katwa Udyog Ltd has informed BSE that in pursuance of Regulation 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 ("Insider Regulations"), a code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Un-published price sensitive information of the Company has been formulated and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from August 12, 2015. The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the code. The same have also been uploaded on the website of the Company at www.keshavcement.com.
