Approved resignation of Mr. Ashok Tarale from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointed Mr. Ramesh Manickchand Shah as an additional director of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2014, who holds office till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>3. Appointed Mrs. Narmada H. Katwa as an additional director of the Company w.e.f. August 12, 2014, who holds office till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
