| Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Company's Model Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the Purpose of declaration of Unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from August 02, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial results of the Company to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
