| Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter-alia, to consider following businesses:<BR><BR>1. To consider and to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 20, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial results of the Company to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
